• $20 per hour per maid
• Minimum of 4 hours work
ABOUT HOURS AND CREWS
This price is: 1 maid for 4 hrs or 2 maids for 2 hours each = 4 hrs of work together, the price is the same but the job is done in half the time. We generally send a crew of two out in a typical residential job all depends on days and hours you request the cleaning service.

• Studio apartment $65.00
• 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment: $85.00
• 3 bedroom, 2 or 2 1/2bathroom apartment: $100.00-$120.00 Town Homes from$120.00- $160.00

DAILYSERVICE FEES:
. $18.00 per hour with a minimum 4hrs of work
. $16.00 per hour whit a minimum 5 hrs of work
BUILDING COOMON AREAS:
.4 flats- front and back stairs $100.00(in- site elevator $120.00)
.3 flats - front and back stairs $85.00 per visit
POST-CONSTRUCTION CLEAN-UP
$25.00 PER HR
MINIMUM 8 HRS OF WORK
